Como comunicador visual Yonny Rodríguez crea en su taller un Alter-ego, un personaje (RATA) que cuenta con su propia cosmogonía, su imaginario, por medio de este interviene espacios públicos tomando en cuenta las características y la arquitectura de la cuidad, así mismo en su obra bidimensional y tridimensional.
RATA es el detonador de una composición más compleja, donde se genera una serie de situaciones que vinculan; la sátira, símbolos, religión, yuxtaposiciones, humor negro, la anarquía y dogmas que cuestionan nuestro tiempo.
La obra de LE RAT es un trabajo influenciado por el diseño gráfico, el grafitti, el skate, Street art y (lo pantera de la calle). Con una paleta de color en alto contraste que celebra la fiesta del caribe (el peo prendido) que nos seduce como espectador por mas grotesca que sea la imagen.
