Noche de cocina:Tallarines al resto
Hola amigos en esta oportunidad les traigo unos tallarines con restos de comidas preparadas por mi en otra oportunidad. En el menú seleccionado combinaré poquitos de preparaciones tales como una salsa bechamel, carne molida que preparé para otros platos y otros ingredientes adicionales.
Los tallarines son un tipo de pasta que se sirve en láminas delgadas y alargadas y que combinan bien con cualquier tipo de salsa, con carne o con verduras.
Ingredientes:
500 kg de Tallarines
300 ml de salsa bechamel
300 gr de carne molida boloñesa
1 calabacín grande
1/2 cebolla
3 ajies
1 diente de ajo
aceite
sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación:
Es suficiente agua colocar los tallarines con un poquito de sal. Salcochar hasta que estén cocidos y reservar. En una sartén grande colocar el calabacín junto con la cebolla, el ajo y los ajíes cortados finamente en juliana con un poquito de aceite y sofreir hasta que cristalicen. Luego colocarle la bechamel, la carne y por último los Tallarines. Servir con queso pecorino y un toque de pimienta.
