Nicely said @jadnven. Finding a good supportive group or 2 is essential. Engagement is key. Someone with low RC needs to start with votes to earn SP I recommend 100% Power Up in the beginning to get your SP up to up your RC so one can (don't upvote yourself) You start growing pretty quickly. Even without personal investment.
