El aliento es la fuerza que nos permite andar
Tomar aire al iniciar una lucha
Es indicar al cuerpo la batalla que comienza
Es energía que ingresa por la nariz para permitirnos seguir
Nos da más potencia
Inhalar es reconfortar tu cuerpo para prolongar el esfuerzo
Es reanudar el próximo golpe
Lo importante es no perder el aliento
Importa es saber retomarlo
Si lo pierdes, termina todo
No para el contrincante, termina para ti
Saber retomar la batalla es de práctica
Soltar el aire y rápidamente tomar otro sorbo
Eso preparar tu cuerpo para la siguiente propulsión
No desmayar
Lo que más cumbre es saber cuando dar ese suspiro de victoria
Me inspire al hacer ejercicio, que si haces algo con mucho esfuerzo y pierdes el aliento recuperarlo es complicado. Deber retomar el ejercicio de nuevo
Respirar bien, es el motor para iniciar perfectamente cualquier actividad que deseemos emprendamos.
