Brocheta de Pan Francés
Amigos de Steemit saludos aquí les presento la continuación de mi pan francés realizado en la publicación de ayer. Hoy la completaré con las Brochetas.
Al terminar la elaboración del pan francés, me decido hacer la brocheta de la siguiente forma:
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 Tomate grande picado en trozos
- 1 Pimentón mediano cortado en trozos
- Una ramita de cilantro
- Una rama de cebollino
- 3 Ajíes dulces
- 3 Granos de ajo
ELABORACIÓN:
Sofreír los tomates en cuadritos, pimentón, cilantro, cebollino, ají y el ajo por unos 10 minutos a fuego lento, agarrar el pan y abrirlo por la mitad, se le va agregando el preparado al gusto de forma completa y encima se le raya un poco del queso de su preferencia y a comer compañeros ¡Buen Provecho!.
