Hola a todos Steemians,mi nombre es, khei urbaneja tengo 23 años y soy de Venezuela, precisamente de el Tigre-edo Anzoategui una pequeña ciudad en la zona sur de el estado.

Soy estudiante de 6to semestre de Ingeniería civil, también graduada en gastronomía. Desde pequeña me he visto muy interesada con la comida, aprender a cocinar crear nuevos platos, innovar los que ya se. Gracias a mi madre que vio ese interés en mi, decidió a mis 14 años inscribirme en un curso de gastronomía de corto tiempo, a los 17 años me mudo de mi casa, a otra ciudad para estudiar la ingeniería, es una carrera que también me ha gustado mucho y tengo mucho interés, pero mi amor por la gastronomía fue mas grande que decidí estudiar las dos carreras por igual y en enero de el 2017 me gradué como chef.
I am a 6th semester student of Civil Engineering, also graduated in gastronomy. Since I was little I have been very interested in food, learning to cook create new dishes, innovate what I already know. Thanks to my mother who saw that interest in me, she decided to enroll in a short-time gastronomy course at age 14, when I was 17, I moved from my home, to another city to study engineering, it's a career that also I liked it a lot and I have a lot of interest, but my love for gastronomy was bigger than I decided to study both careers equally and in January of 2017 I graduated as a chef
He trabajado en diferentes áreas de la cocina, en ese trayecto desde que me gradué hasta la fecha de hoy,he tenido la experiencia de trabajar ya en cocina, de seguir aprendiendo ir adquiriendo un conocimiento mas grande cada vez mas.
Para mi esto es un arte que uno debe de ir mejorando cada vez que puedas, de moldearlo a tu manera de innovar y ser único en tus elementos, creo que si amas lo que haces no es un trabajo y si haces las cosas con amor y tratando de que todo salga muy bien, se te dará excelente cuando cocines y quieras crear un plato. La situación actual en mi país me ha dificultado seguir creciendo en este área, pero aun así no pierdo mi fe en lo que hago ni mis ganas de seguir haciéndolo y seguir creciendo en esta carrera.
I have worked in different areas of the kitchen, from the time I graduated until today, I have had the experience of working in the kitchen, of continuing to learn and acquiring a greater knowledge more and more.
For me this is an art that one must improve every time you can, to mold it your way to innovate and be unique in your elements, I believe that if you love what you do is not a job and if you do things with love and trying to make it all go well, you will be excellent when you cook and want to create a dish. The current situation in my country has made it difficult for me to continue growing in this area, but even so I do not lose my faith in what I do or my desire to continue doing so and keep growing in this career.
Otra cosa de mi, me gusta mucho dibujar, mis dibujos son sencillos a lápiz o bolígrafo, me gustaría mejorar mas en mi habilidad para dibujar, me gusta el arte digital, los audiovisuales editar,quizás en un futuro profundizar en esos temas y aprender mas.
Another thing about me, I like to draw a lot, my drawings are simple pencil or pen, I would like to improve more in my ability to draw, I like digital art, edit audiovisuals, maybe in the future to delve into those topics and learn more .
