Inspiration to Aspiration 激励到心愿

It is necessary to inspire people if we want them to participate on something worthwhile. Prior to the people willing to receive instruction, they have to be inspired.

Therefore, one way to inspire people is by sharing with them touching or challenging life stories. We provide information so that people can remember. Many a time, they will forget information unless it has got into their heart. Comparatively, people tend to remember a touching or challenging story for a much longer time.

Having inspired the people, they are more teachable to receive further instruction. But the instruction may not really get them to be involved with what we like them participate. We should bring across the instruction, which is something they wish to be involved and to accomplish. Once, such instruction has become a means to participate and to accomplish a worthwhile goal, it has become an aspiration.

Therefore, an effective communicator who likes to have positive influence upon people, the communicator is capable of inspiring the audience. From being inspired, the audience are captivated to commit themselves to fulfil their aspiration.

如果我们期望人们参与有价值的事情，就必须激励他们。在他们乐意接受指导之前，他们的确需要先受到激励。

通常激励人的一个方式是与他们分享有感染力或挑战性的故事。我们传递信息以便人们能够记住。然而不少时候，除非有关伩息能够打动他们的心，否则他们很快会忘记。相比之下，人们往往会长久的记住一个感人或具有挑战性的故事。

有关者受到了激励之后，他们会更受教。但是教导不一定能真正令他们参与我们
的愿景。我们要透过教导引领他们进一步参与；一旦这种指导成为了有关者参与和实现目标的过程，那么这会形成了他们的一个心愿。

所以，一个有效的沟通者会乐意对人有正面的影响，即沟通者能够激励他的聽衆。以致使人受激励，乐意投身实现巳经在他们心中形成的愿望。
