If you recruit a NEW DELI delegating member, you will receive a BOUNTY. I will also give the new member the rewards that are already in place, we shall overlap these 2 programs for one month and then do the bounties alone for a couple more months. JAN is the last month for the NEW MEMBER BONUS and the First Month for the BOUNTY. It will run thru MARCH, to be paid out early in April...
Here is the bounty/bonus schedule:
10,000 NEO and OVER: the Ref gets 6 SPI and the New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
8000 to 9999 NEO: Ref gets 5 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
6000 to 7999 NEO: Ref gets 4 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
4000 to 5999 NEO: Ref gets 3 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
2000 to 3999 NEO: Ref gets 2 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
1000 to 1999 NEO: Ref gets 1 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus +
100 to 999 NEO: Ref gets 1 SPI; New DELI member gets the new member bonus.
100 NEO is the lower limit, people can join but there are no bonuses or payouts until the Delegation reaches 100.

6000 a 7999 NEO: El referido recibe 4 SPI; el nuevo miembro de DELI obtiene el bono de nuevo miembro +
4000 a 5999 NEO: El referido recibe 3 SPI; el nuevo miembro de DELI obtiene el bono de nuevo miembro +
2000 a 3999 NEO: El referido recibe 2 SPI; el nuevo miembro de DELI obtiene el bono de nuevo miembro +
1000 a 1999 NEO: El referido recibe 1 SPI; el nuevo miembro de DELI obtiene el bono de nuevo miembro +
100 a 999 NEO: El árbitro recibe 1 SPI; el nuevo miembro de DELI recibe el bono de nuevo miembro.
100 NEO es el límite inferior, la gente puede unirse pero no hay bonificaciones o pagos hasta que la Delegación llegue a 100.
