DEFINE YOUR OWN REALITY and YOUR OWN NORMAL.

There is no such thing as "how things are" and "how things are supposed to be".

How things are is something that was defined by SOMEBODY just like you. So why live another person's/people's reality.

The world is filled with robots on auto pilot programmed to live a reality they were told and taught and given but not their own reality that PROCEEDS from their own souls-that is true and authentic and REAL. AND No wonder people are miserable.

Trapped in lives and relationships and existences that aren't THEM and that they weren't meant to live, but which they got into because it's the right thing to do. Robotic lives.

But as long as we are not living from the core of the truth WE ARE, we will continue to be miserable and suffer. There is no right way or correct way, only YOUR WAY.

And your reality does not have to resemble anything that ever was,it does not need to be UNDERSTOOD by anyone, but it's valid still because it's true, it's real and authentic. Life always flows from the authentic not the fake.

When we stop living to tick boxes and repeat patterns that we have been given and begin to chart our own courses then we will know the true pleasure and joy of life.

Until then we are burrying ourselves everyday even as we lie to ourselves that we are living because living that is for others and for obligation and political correctness isn't living. It's death.
