So raise your consciousness up in the level of body,mind,spirit.
Body consciousness will help you to active yourself on temporary basis. Mind consciousness will help you expanding your limits. And soul consciousness will make you limitless.
Self-love will give you the sense of worthiness and alive attention towards life which is happening in the NOW.
