Uhm... so what happens when you let the dark energies in then? Will it be transformed to light? What if the dark energy begins to control u then? Why let it in? What is to stop an empath from being consumed by the darkness? Would it not be like being with a narcissist then? Let empaths be involved with such people then?

I totally understand your concerns. I do, because I had them too.
Let me tell you - here from the other side - that the Light can't be consumed by Darkness. It's like lightening a candle in a room that was dark for hundreds of years. It will instantly light up - doesn't matter how long it was dark.
The dark energy can't control you because it will be transformed into Light the moment it enters your field.
What happens to the dark energies? Well, what happens to the darkness in the room? The moment the candle lights up, it is like it never existed.

Maybe only if you have learned to manage the empath ability?
Here is what you need to know: You don't say the words "I allow you to pass!" as the ego. You say it as the Light that you already are. It's your ego that thinks it will need to work to become the light, but you are the Light already! It's not learning how to become the Light. It's a REMEMBERING of your true nature.
All my article only try to make you remember and are not a receipt what to do to "become".
