Create Your Reality By Holding A Vaccum In Time

Reality creation is about creating a VACUUM.

When you mentally hold the new position that you want to create, the missing pieces in the manifest reality are perceived as the contrast of lack, or emptiness, in the same way that a vacuum in space creates an absence that wants to be filled.

To create something, then, you must hold that vacuum until the conditions are right to fill it, and simply ALLOW them to fill in, vs trying to make it or force it to happen yourself.

When your external reality is up in your face, trying to make you focus on what is vs where you are going, it is testing the strength and integrity of the vacuum, pulling on it to collapse back into "what was".

The term "surrender" applies beautifully here, as the strength of the vacuum being held is determined by your ability to surrender to contrasting pieces of the current manifest reality, so that you can let go of focusing upon them, and stay focused upon the new reality - the vacuum you are creating - and accept whatever is happening in the moment as simply a creation from the past.

For those familiar with Abraham-Hicks, the vacuum is analogous to "filling in the grid".

Knowing your infinite worth is key

If you don’t know your worth, you will look for it in the form of approval from others.

You look for the outside world to tell you that you are worthy, and so your actions and behavior are focused upon soliciting a reaction, rather than enjoying a thing for the sake of itself. When you know your worth, you are unwilling to give up the enjoyment of the thing to try to control a reaction.

But when you enjoy a thing, you’re better at a thing, and gain more approval anyway - you just can’t make the approval the goal. Enjoy the thing as an expression of your worthiness, and all good things will come unto you.

Enjoy having a physically fit body, not the reaction you would get from others.

Enjoy being good at skills, not the reaction those skills would get from others.

Enjoy sharing your knowledge, not the reaction that your knowledge would get from others.

Enjoy the freedom and luxury from money, not the reaction that having money would get from others.

On the other hand, when you don’t know your worth, that’s when you don’t know your power, and so you look to others to do it for you, trying to earn their approval so that they will maybe do it for you.

When you know your worth, you will no longer ask “what should I do?”, but rather, “what do I want to do?” You accept the data of the world in front of you and the level of knowing of what will happen based on the known variables, and then proceed based on what you want.

If you look back and realize a mistake, it is not seen as a failure in the eyes of an external figure, but simply a route you missed by not being completely tuned into the energy - it is simply a lesson, a learning opportunity.

Therefore, you will filter reality based on what you WANT to do, while remaining open for that to be changed. You are not a dictator, which would only be a demonstration of your lack of faith in the existence of what is wanted, even if it is unseen.

If you know and are firm in the existence of what is wanted, despite whatever the manifest world may be saying in this limited moment of time, you can allow the manifest world to be whatever it is, while you simply hold the vacuum open for the inevitable filling of it.

Then in due time, it is inevitable that what you want will enter into your experience, because nature abhors a vacuum.

All vacuums MUST be filled!
