I can say Gene Key really help me a lot to understand myself more and more two years ago. When the first time I looked at my Hologenetic profiles, I was impressed about how they show my shadows clearly. I think if we really want to change, we have to dive into it, believe in it, and practicing. I had experienced breakthrough once and it was an absolutely incredible experience for me.
Yes, to work with your hologenetic profile is something you can do your whole life - there are so many layers to it. So glad, that your are already familiar with them!
