Another lovely post. Even today I was noticing just how easy I was to become frustrated or annoyed. And as I am working through the early lessons again, it was really telling how often those feeling arose. But it was also great to see (as the lesson suggested) that the were all equal, despite how, or by whom they seemed to be triggered.
Honesty in this endeavour is critical. To see that these lapses into pain are self-created. But to see they are all equally meaningless, really does seem to take the potency out of them.
