SPIRITUAL FOOD 4 THOUGHT - BELIEVERS & TRIBULATION
Will believers be the subject of tribulation?
In my evaluating of "the tribulation," I also did an in depth study of tribulation in general, specifically what we are told about it in the New Testament. Interestingly enough, there are two Greek words that are translated as "tribulation" in the English KJV Bible, and they appear 55 times total.
"Thlipsis" appears 45 times, of which 35 times (77.777%) it only applies to believers. "Thlibo" appears 10 times, of which 7 times (70%) it only applies to believers. While I cover this much more in depth in my book I try to scratch the surface in this video and provide some good food for thought to get others searching things like this out.

Afflicted is the way that leadith unto life. One goes through their own tribulations to find life with God. Also interesting about the sevens Thanks @papa-pepper.
That scripture in Matthew, “afflicted/persecuted is the way...” WOW. YES. Makes a lot of sense. The world hates Christians and Christianity and everything Jesus stood for. By choosing Christianity, we automatically put ourselves largely into opposition with the things of the world, and people will pick on you all the way to killing you for it depending on the country you live in, and there will be spiritual attack and warfare as well, both in the natural and in the spirit.
On that note, what do you make of people operating in the office of prophet who talk about the times of Great Tribulation? Do you think they are picking up more on the spiritual affliction as more demons are invited into the world and thinking it is something new and different than the tribulation that has already occurred for Christians in the present and past?
