Pujya Swamiji teaches Advaita, the same school of thought as Sankaracharya. I personally think it is okay to start our spiritual journey in Dvaita or Visistadvaita. As we progress and get to a level maturity we will realize there is One and that is Paramatma. Purnamadah purnamidam ..

Though I understand that other philosophies may be helpful, I don't prefer to go back to such thinking. To me this is akin to using training wheels after already knowing how to ride a bike; no longer useful.
