Philippians 2:5-8
In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature of God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death _ even death on a cross.
REFLECTIONS:
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness...so God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Since Man is in the image and likeness of God, in dealings, our relationship with others, our way of life, God desires that our life is transformed into that of His Son, Jesus CHRIST. God expects that our life on earth reflects that of Christ.
Now, in my condition, in your situation, in our struggles and problems, in our dealings with others, the questions we should be answering is that IF IT WERE TO BE CHRIST ...
... What would He have done?
... How would He have behaved?
... How would He have responded?
... How would He have acted?
LET THE LIFE OF CHRIST BE OUR FOCUS.
