Awareness & Shadows

The more aware you become, the more shadows you see.

All of our “shadows” (darkness, “negativity”, whatever you want to call it) are unconscious. This means they exist in ignorance.

Once the “shadows” are brought to full awareness, they’re automatically transmuted (because it’s no longer unconscious).

So here’s the cosmic game. When your awareness is limited, you’re inundated with “shadows” without even knowing they’re there! Because they’re unconscious!

As you expand your awareness, you thus become more and more aware of your “shadows”. So even the slightest shadows become blatant with expanded awareness, until you exist in Pure Awareness, which collapses all duality.

It’s like a self-regulating mechanism.

For all of us on the journey of expanding awareness, I hope this provides encouragement. It’s not getting “worse.” You’re just expanding your awareness, and simultaneously transmuting shadows at an exponentially increasing rate.

Remember to breathe. Find your center. Be present.

Pure Awareness has been here and now all along.
