Seed Germinator promos are out, run in circles, scream and shout.

So Splinterlands released the new promo cards this morning, and people are already burning them, which seems a little hasty to me, but hey, you make your own decisions. People are also wanting to burn the orb promo golds quite a lot, so in light of this I've upgraded the bot to take all promo golds.

I'm a little bit worried about liquidity, because these things have a lot of DEC in them, but I'll find a way to handle that. Still 470k or so in the wallet right now, but people could run that out with promos pretty fast.
