Parkour

in #sport6 years ago

This urban trend comes from France and was born in the 90s. Parkour comes from 'parcours' which means 'journey', known as the art of displacement. Practitioners are called paths and aim to move from one point to another in an environment of the most useful and efficient way possible, adapting to the demands of it with the sole help of your body. It can be practiced both individually and collectively in any environment, not exclusively in urban spaces. Each practitioner decides to what extent involved in their training and how to approach it. Its practice involves adapting to the environment to overcome the different obstacles present in a journey.

I love parkour, it helps me to move in urban areas, mountains or parks. Since I can get to places where not everyone has the skill or physical to get there, it can help me out of trouble. Whether it's a lot of fun, whether it's proverbs, as long as you have the precision and preparation for achievement, for me it's a brotherhood where you can share your friends, help each other to be able to excel in whatever.

Recommendations: always before starting, warm up the body, jog for thirty minutes, do all the stretches from the neck to the feet, be patient and be calm so as not to get injured, be 100% active and cheerful.
