My history with the gym 🤸‍♀

Today a little about the gym 😀

I've always been active when it comes to sport. There was always a lot of movement in my life. I decided this time to try the gym, which was so much in the social media. I went to the gym for the first time about three years ago and with a smile I say that it was a good choice.
The gym is not just to change your body in some way. It also has many other pluses. Most often the habit of doing the training passes into our passion, and over time it is also an activity for which we devote our free time. The gym does not only shape our figure, but mainly shapes our character and strong will.

In my case, from the desire to change something in my figure, for many days in which nothing happened to me, it became my routine, it changed my view of the world and people around me. Even when I really do not want to, I have a bad day, I'm tired, and when I do training, I feel a huge difference, I feel quite different. Apparently every humor is good for the gym, no matter who does, everyone will come out with a good one ;)

Do you go to the gym or do you do any sport?

You are right - sport makes a difference in attitude. After a stressful day it brings me back in balance. So it is not only about body form to me - it is also very much about health and well being.

Health is most important :)

Your health will benefit greatly from you taking time to go to the gym and exercise. It is not always easy as you mentioned because some days you just don't have the motivation. So kudos to you on successfully making it a part of your weekly routine.

It's true, there are many benefits to it :)
