Mikkelsen fastest at Rally Chile shakedown

I am really confused after I saw first video scenes from today's shakedown of Rally Chile. I thought it was a Wales rally, all in mud and dirt.
I would say that Scandinavian drivers has a little advantage at the moment, especially guys who starts later don the order.
Mikkelsen is a Norwegian and today he was fastest at the shakedown which was kinda special stage long about 6km.
He was fastest by 1s in front of Estonian Ott Tanak who has the best car at the moment but Toyota guys are crashing too much or they have small issues like broken rims or something like that.
Six times WRC champion Seb Ogier was only 7th quickest but that means nothing. Real action starts tomorrow with longer special stages.
