Proton Iriz R5 still not homologated

Proton's newest rocket pocket R5 rally car called Iriz is still not homologated and all the news from this said that it should be done on 1st of August as every homologation process is at the same time of the year.

It's not an easy stuff to homologate the car. The factory of Proton must do it. The tuner who prepared the car is not allowed to do it, they can only work on the car, paperwork is on the factory.

Homologation is not the cheap thing. Otherwise every factory should have FIA homologated cars. It's expensive.

We can only hope that Proton factory will homologate the car untill the end of this year and that we have another reason to enjoy in this sport.
