Jumping on the trampoline: we bring ourselves to form fun and efficiently

In most people, the trampoline is associated exclusively with children's entertainment from the amusement park - at worst, with the inventory of a professional acrobat. But it's worth to be in the trampoline center - and this stereotype will immediately be destroyed. In the 21st century, jumping on a trampoline became a worthy alternative to a gym, gymnastics, dancing, running and other ways to maintain their physical training at a level, and the body in good shape.

And I must say that they have an undeniable advantage over most sports. If you happened to try out trampolining in childhood, then you are already aware of how pleasant and fun it is. Remember that inexpressible feeling of lightness - almost weightlessness - of your own body? It's not for nothing that children who find themselves on a trampoline can not easily be removed from it!

Let's talk in more detail about the benefits, pleasure and other reasons, urgently establish relations with the trampoline:

Whatever the level of your physical fitness, this sport is guaranteed for you. Are not accustomed to loads heavier than walking from parking to the building? Start with short training with the usual vertical jumps. Behind not a single marathon? Choose full-fledged lengthy workouts and begin to master advanced jumping options and various acrobatic stunts.
In the trampoline center you can choose both group and individual lessons, with or without a coach.

We talked about pleasure, now we turn to good. To begin with, the trampoline is a powerful cardio in combination with strength training and coordination exercises. And this triple combo is carried by our body in an astonishingly easy way: most of the loads you simply will not notice. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of 10 minutes of jumping on the trampoline is about 30 minutes of running! And even without harm to the joints: the trampoline extinguishes about 80% of the load on them. In addition, the muscles of the back and spine are strengthened, the mobility in the joints increases, metabolism is activated, cellulite disappears, the peristalsis of the intestine disappears, and the extra pounds go away in a magical way. It turns out that losing weight can be an easy and enjoyable process!
Separately note the effect of jumping on the trampoline on the heart and blood vessels. Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, reduces the stagnation of venous blood in the lower limbs. But one of the most amazing effects of the trampoline on the body is lymph drainage. The lymphatic system responsible for removing all kinds of toxins from our body, many of us do not work at full strength - hence accelerated aging, poor health and various chronic diseases. The trampoline greatly improves the operation of this system.
And a couple of nice effects. Due to the massive development of endorphins with regular jumps on the trampoline it is possible to improve immunity quite well. This is especially true during the season of colds. And creative people often point out that during the jumping on the trampoline, great ideas often come to the head. Sometimes you even have to go down to the ground and take a break to write everything down!
Children can (and need to!) Take with them, and at any age - if only they already knew how to walk. The main advantage of the trampoline is that the child will never have to be persuaded - rather, he himself will jump up impatiently in anticipation of fun. In this case, the benefits for children will be even greater than for adults. Vestibular apparatus of the child is not yet formed - jumping on the trampoline contributes to its proper development, and this is an excellent prevention of motion sickness in transport. In addition, the child has every chance to eventually acquire a beautiful body, excellent posture and good coordination of movements.
In the trampoline center you will not need not only any special outfit, but even sports shoes. Only comfortable sportswear and socks are needed. By the way, in some centers disposable socks are even given out for free.
Mini-trampoline is quite feasible to put and at home. Your children will be happy, and you will be able to exercise every day. Mini trampolines most often withstand weight up to 80 (and even up to 110) kg and in the "on the side" occupy not so much space. Of course, the height of the jumps and the variety of exercises here do not strike the imagination, but it is perfect for days when you can not go to the trampoline center, and those who fundamentally engage in fitness only at home.

Contraindications: who should not get involved in a trampoline?

A simple listing of diagnoses will not give an answer to this question, because the cases are different. For example, patients with diabetes who have no complications, going to the trampoline center can help to effectively combat excess weight. But if such a person is affected by nerves or blood vessels, then such training may be contraindicated to him. So if you have any chronic illnesses, be sure to consult a doctor, especially if you have something from the following list: hypertension, bronchial asthma, osteoporosis, thrombophlebitis, oncological and cardiovascular diseases.
