Keeping fit

Good day sportshub community. hope you all are exploring the platform. am back with my #keeping fit diary were i talk about my experience in some of the sports i engage in.

Today i will be talking about push up. push up simply is a kind of exercise done by lying straight and supporting the body weight with hands and toes and pushing the body up and down. it's also known as press-up and it target the pectoralis muscles and biceps. for those that don't know what pectoralis muscle is, it's muscle of the Chest region and it's divided into major and minor. when we engage in this exercise, we do build muscle of the chest region and biceps muscle and this apart from keeping fit it's the main reason why engage in the sport.

I do engage in other sports including this one to have and maintain sport physique and also to be fit. push up has now become part of my daily activities as i normally do twenty five push ups every morning. it's now a habit to me because i want to have sportsman physique and build my muscles.

other benefits of push up include improves our posture, saves time while cultivating a strong body, prevent lower back injuries and increases body's functional strength.

you can also engage in it if you have not as part of keeping fit.
