A goal from each half was enough to ensure that Liverpool go into the weekend with a five point lead over 2nd place Manchester City after defeating wolves 2:0.
In-form winger, Mohammed Salah struck to put the reds ahead in the 13th minute before Virgil Van Dijk doubled the lead in the 68th minute. This win means Liverpool are the only team to remain undefeated in the league and a slip from Manchester city tommorow could add to the reds momentum heading into the new year.
