After 1,280 days, I am finally free! (And so are all the other Bulls fans!)
After spending the last 1,280 suffering through the misery of knowing your favorite team has absolutely no chance to compete, Bulls fans finally have reason to rejoice.
Earlier today, John Paxson and the Chicago Bulls finally admitted one of the many, many, many, many, mistakes he and the organization has made during his 16 year tenure as team destroyer.
The Bulls have finally fired the laughably unqualified and tremendously over matched "coach" Fred Hoiberg. Hoiberg, who had no business being a head coach, was let go after he somehow managed to win 115 of 270 games (wow the NBA really sucks).
Whoa! What is that"! Who told you to play defense?
Having Fred Hoiberg as the coach was quite similar to the Bears having Jay Cutler as their quarter back. There was simply no way the team could contend. Watching the games became an utter waste of time. Everyone knew there wasn't a game Cutler could not lose (he only won ONE more playoff game than I have). The same was true of Hoiberg.
Not only was he a offense first, defense never coach, he had no idea how to develop talent. In fact, it seems he is trying not to develop talent. How else can you explain the fact that Just Holiday is 12th in the NBA in minutes per game? There is not one single young player on the team who needs those minutes more than a journeyman?
So thank God that Hoiberg is gone so the Bulls have a chance again.

I agree with you. Hoiberg had a good thing going at Iowa State and should have stayed in the college ranks. Not everyone is Brad Stevens. I never liked the signing by the Bulls. It is also clear that Paxon does not know what he is doing either.
One down and one to go. I will say prayer for the bulls today. I’m here in California but a bulls fan since the rivalry between Pistons and Bulls.

I can imagine the mood of fans, it is like being in the car that was driving to the cliff, everybody realizing the outcome but nobody is able to change anything. It is amazing that you could see and read it in the faces of the fans. But as you say the Bulls have chance to recover and that is only hope for fans.
that was a great news hopefully Bulls will be back to the play off soon. Bulls are in need of talented coaches than can read each players move and know how to enhance players..
Actualy bulls had a good players on beach but it doesn't given much time to play.they could be a big change for bulls..
It's a big chance to bulls team to knock on the door to playoffs and to finals after 6 years when of being quite when they had rose before..
