Spain loses to Belgium, Romania qualified for Rugby World Cup

Unable to beat Belgium in Brussels (10-18), Spain finished third in the standings. This defeat benefits Romania, which qualifies directly for the 2019 World Cup in Japan.

Before the match, the Spaniards were the master of their destiny. A win was enough for Spain to qualify directly for the 2019 World Cup. Too imprecise, the Iberians lost to the Belgians (10-18).
