Farewell to Reno's A & W.

his weekend many are coming out to be able to say a final farewell to a well-established Reno icon. After decades of business the A & W that everyone loves on Kietzke Lane and Plum Avenue, is closing down.

Many are disturb that this local favorite is being demolished in order to install another Auto Dealership, which there are already so many of on Kietzke Lane.

This week as we celebrate Hot August Nights many car Enthusiast, and Classic Auto Owners are taking a last chance at coming to A & W and saying goodbye to an old family friend. They stand together sharing stories, and presenting their cars in front of the building for photographs.

As we grief the loss of this treasured landmark, we remember it with fond memories. It will be taking a piece of all of our hearts with it.
