It was strange watching world cup matches at a sane time over here in Asia. The streets were empty for those Japan and Korea matches.

Yeah the VPN part's easy and money restrictions still do-able. It's more the draconian penalties that make it not worth it. I just stick to the government approved one if there's anything that catches the eye - which is rare.
Hong Kong seems like a punter's mecca so i hope that move happens.
