Emery: Cech is Arsenal's number one goalkeeper!
Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, wants to be polemic about Petr Cech soon after. The reason is, Cech is still the number one goalkeeper of the Gunners.

Cech played by Unai Emery manager when Arsenal hosted City at the Emirates Stadium in the inaugural weekend of the 2018/2019 Premier League on Sunday (12/8). Cech failed to secure his team from a 0-2 defeat after the goal was broken by Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva.
Not only that, Cech also had several blunders in the Arsenal defense which almost made him go down with City players. That performance further confirms that Cech has indeed dropped dramatically in recent years.
Moreover, Arsenal have actually bought new goalkeeper Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen which was originally projected to replace Cech. But, in fact Emery still trusted Cech under the crossbar.

This then invited strong criticism from fans who wanted a total change at Arsenal this season including the goalkeeper's position. But, Emery confirmed that Cech was still number one so far and asked for a polemic about the goalkeeper being stopped immediately.
