What are the Wizards plan for the draft and offseason after firing Ernie Grunfield after 16 seasons?

The Washington Wizards are an American Basketball team they are part of the NBA (National Basketball Association). The Wizards this season have not been playing up to expectations as many basketball fans thought they were going to make the playoffs this season, unfortunately they left their fans and many NBA fans down this season; now with John Wall out for 2 years the Wizards need to get younger, and help for Bradley Beal who is lighting it up this season putting up 25.7 ppg and 5 assists per game. Bradley Beal with Wall hurt has been an All-NBA player this season and we are all expecting him to make the list this season. The Wizards biggest need is a center to back up Thomas Bryant, as Dwight Howard sat out all season, and wouldn’t be surprised if they let him go this season. He wasn’t helping the Wizards win anyway. and talks have been going on all season about possibly firing head coach Scott Brooks as he wasn’t letting the young guys play to get some experience and allow them to improve. The plan for the offseason should be focusing on getting younger through the draft and trying to trade for younger players that could potentially become good assets for the team in the future, whether that’s coming off the bench or eventually becoming a starter. Wizards need to focus on getting a better president of basketball operations to bring in young guys that can come off the bench and make an impact immediately. Wizards have made the playoffs in 4 out of 5 seasons including last season where the Raptors just outperformed them, but eventually got swept by LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers; now with 2 games remaining Wizards need to lose out to get a good draft pick, will they be able to get the 5th pick in this years draft?
