Many of us, especially those who want to loose weight can make this choice


If you decide to practice your daily training when you should have the lunch break instead, you can expect questions like: "What does your boss think about this?" Or "Can you really jump over lunch?" Or "Do you not sweat?" and all this questions can make you uncomfortable. If you want to look fit, it does not matter what your colleagues and friends think about the moment you choose to practice some sports.

Do not listen to those who only want you to be unsuccessful


Many can try to discourage you from doing this, it is important to have the will and to keep up on the path you have chosen. Making time for your move is quite a big challenge nowadays. That's why it's good to take advantage of how many times you have the opportunity to do sports. Surely it will be a difficult task, but with little planning there are chances to succeed, it is important to do your best.

Exercise during the day can helps you focus much better and give you more workplace returns. Stress evaporates like a miracle, you are more calm, attentive, productive and inspired. Before doing this, it is advisable to have a sincere conversation with your boss. You explain your plan, assure him that all the tasks will be done on time and that this activity does not affect your work at all. It is good to know that you are always aware of what is going on in the office in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation. But if the company has an internal gym, then it could never be easier as this will be something normal in the eyes of the manager. You might even find them in the gym and have the chance to speak with your boss openly some topics that you could never discuss in the office.

Lunch break exercising may also involve overtime. You may not have time to finish all the tasks of the day, but it is a sacrifice that you have to take, so that your personal and professional plan can be balanced.

You should also not lose sight of the fact that in about 60 minutes you have to do your physical exercises correctly, but also eat your home-made pack and prepare it in a healthy way if you want your efforts to work. Prioritization helps you to cope with an exhausting program. Ideally, the gym, park or athletics track (whatever you choose) to be as close as possible to the workplace to have as much time as possible.
