Muscle imbalance can cause multiple problems even increasing the risk of injury. we are alive because of balance in our universe slight imbalance in the gravitational forces can become the cause of destruction in whole solar system and even our galaxy. Similarly balance is needed in our body otherwise our body could get badly injured.

Every exercise need muscle balance to perform any weaker muscle can make your exercise difficult to perform. Our body divided into frontal and coronal plans. First we need to balance both plains by giving each plan equal amount of time during a week.
