France took a huge step toward lifting the World Cup today by earning their spot in the finals with a 1-0 victory over Belgium. This match featured some great play from both sides but Belgium was unable to find the goal despite some good opportunities.

France now waits to find out who their finals opponent will be. England plays Croatia tomorrow with the winner advancing to the finals. The loser will face Belgium for the third place match.
France will be the favorite in the final no matter who the face. After defeating Belgium I don't see any other ending than France lifting the Cup.
