Great post, my friend. I think it is important to educate new users on how things work on Steemit. It will sure make their journey here much easier.

I was lucky one to have some amazing people guide me at the beggining. It takes time and effort to build you blog, audience, and friendships here on Steemit. But, with some helpful such as this post it is a bit easier.
