Regular exercise is the main objective of this videoclip.

Tai Chi is a slow way to exercise the body and it is extremely popular for elderly citizens.

The instructor of the below videoclip had highlighted that the way of movement would not be the main focus but the regular exercise of 5 min in a day would be the main purpose.

Getting these slow actions would also calm our minds and getting us to be more mindful of our whole being.

Intensive sports may not be suitable for the advance in age but Tai Chi is a good option that the whole family can do it together.
