A healthy life goes hand in hand with sports- Una vida saludable va de la mano del deporte

Buenas tardes queridos amigos, amantes de la vida saludable y el deporte. No digo todas, pero gran parte de las personas se acercan a los deportes cuando están pasadas de peso, desean mejorar o estilizar su figura. ¡No digo que este mal! Solo que el deporte debería ser un estilo de vida y un pasaporte a un organismo sano. Good afternoon dear friends, lovers of healthy life and sports. I do not say all of them, but a lot of people approach sports when they are overweight, want to improve or stylize their figure. I'm not saying it's wrong! Only that sport should be a lifestyle and a passport to a healthy organism.

El incentivo y cariño por los deportes lo recibí en mis primeros años de asistir a la escuela, fue allí que un profesor me enseño que la gimnasia era bueno para el crecimiento de mi cuerpo. Siempre quise ser alto de estatura, fue la razón para que tomara muy enserio las indicaciones deportivas del profesor. The incentive and love for sports I received in my first years of attending school, it was there that a teacher taught me that gymnastics was good for the growth of my body. I always wanted to be tall, it was the reason for him to take the sports indications of the teacher very seriously.

En el entorno estudiantil participe de muchas disciplinas deportivas, hice salto en largo, carreras de sesenta y hasta ochocientos metros, en esta última tenía siempre promediaba bien. El deporte en donde más me destaque, fue cuando participe  en el arco de los partidos de hándbol. In the student environment I participated in many sports disciplines, I made long jump, races of sixty and even eight hundred meters, in the latter I had always averaged well. The sport where I stand out most, was when I participated in the arc of the games of handball.

En mi provincia de Corrientes- Argentina hay muy buenos deportistas, si la secretaria de deporte se ocupara de visitar las provincias, encontrarían muchas personas que están aptas para asistir a las olimpiadas. Los profesionales deportistas correntinos que triunfaron, fueron los que disponían de dinero, pero muchos chicos no disponen del medio económico para afrontar los gastos.

In my province of Corrientes- Argentina there are very good athletes, if the secretary of sport took care to visit the provinces, they would find many people who are able to attend the Olympics. The sports professionals from Corrientes who triumphed were those who had money, but many children do not have the financial means to pay the costs.

Fue el motivo principal de que no participara de ninguna disciplina deportiva de forma profesional, pero siempre estuve cerca de los eventos deportivos. Jugué al fútbol  de posición arquero y en defensa, algo que ningún chico quiere jugar, todos quieren ser el número 9 o el 10 para concretar goles. Siempre fui de la idea que un partido de fútbol lo ganamos entre todos, jugando en equipo, haciendo lo mejor de cada uno en la posición que representa. 

It was the main reason that I did not participate in any sport discipline professionally, but I was always close to sporting events. I played soccer goalkeeper and defense, something that no boy wants to play, all want to be number 9 or 10 to make goals. I was always of the idea that a football match we won among all, playing as a team, making the best of each one in the position it represents.

El gimnasio fue una excelente opción después de superar los treinta años, la actividad es muy buena para mantener el cuerpo sano y fuerte, me gusta mucho las ejercitaciones que colaboran a mantener  los músculos en su lugar, o algunas actividades con el boxeo, la idea siempre fue hacer trabajar bien mi organismo y mantenerme saludable. 

The gym was an excellent option after over thirty years, the activity is very good to keep the body healthy and strong, I really like the exercises that help keep muscles in place, or some activities with boxing, the idea It was always to make my body work well and stay healthy.
