Choi Ji-man of Tampa Bay Rays played as a pinch hitter and earned a walk to push him out of the final.

Choi Ji-man played as a pinch hitter in the top of the ninth inning of an away game with the Seattle Mariners in the 2019 Major League Baseball at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington, and gave the team the winning run with a push-out walk.

When the bases were loaded with one out in the top of the ninth, which was a 2-2 tie, Tampa Bay Bench put Choi Ji-man on the batter's box. Choi Ji-man took on Anthony Bass.

Choi Ji-man, who cleared a foul in his third pitch after a first strike and a second ball, then picked up three balls in a row to get to base with a walk. A push-out walk that gives the team a 3-2 lead.
