Indonesia's mixed doubles pair, Praveen Jordan / Melati Daeva Oktavianti, made it to the second round of the Thailand Open 2019.
Praveen / Melati escaped after defeating a Malaysian couple, Tan Kiang Meng / Lai Pei Jing, in the first round which was held at the Huamark Indoor Stadium, Bangkok, Wednesday (07/31/2019).
Although Kian Meng / Pei Jing had time to increase the score to 6-17, Praveen / Melati was finally able to close the match with a fairly landslide position, 21-18.
Meanwhile, besides Ronald / Annisa, the other couple who were eliminated were Tontowi Ahmad / Winny Oktavina Kandow.
One other pair, Rinov Rivaldy and Pitha Haningtyas Mentari, are still playing until this news is written.
