Dance On Treadmill

I have a treadmill at home but I usually only walk on it since it is really hard to keep the right rhythm to avoid falling off it.

I have my treadmill for less than a year actually.

It is a good way to stay fit indoor while watching my shows on my android television.

The videoclip below shows some ladies who were able to perform a nice dance on treadmill together.

It is indeed an innovative way to have additional exercise as well as making it more interesting and fun but it really takes practise to be able to do what they were doing.
