Wages for football players through the roof, even in Belgium!
Yesterday Anderlecht stunted once again with the plan of Nacer Chadli from AS Monaco for one year.
Good news for the Belgian fans, after Vincent Kompany, Simon Mignolet another Red Devil comes back to the Belgian Pro League.
But today some more details about this deal came through. And, I must say, I was baffled! Nacer Chadli his contract from AS Monaco will be fully paid by Anderlecht. A whopping 235000 EUR per month for a player in the Jupiler Pro League. That is nuts, for a club with a budget of around 45 million EUR, this is completely irresponsible, if you ask me.
That is a wage for a Premier League club, with at least 100 million EUR tv money, not the 5 million that Anderlecht gets for their TV rights...
Where will this madness end?

To me it is complete mismanagement o the club funds by those managing the club. The club should be blame for accepting to ay such wages to a player
They've gone crazy, indeed. Looking at the money that the Chinese league can throw at their star players is insane.
Insane money. That is too much, but when clubs are willing to pay..
