Strength regeneration.
I had ambitious plans for today.
I wanted to do a tough workout from the "Be fit Or be Dead" series.
Yesterday in my head I planned a bike ride route.
Today, however, life has verified my plans.
I was away at home all weekend, so instead of riding alone on a long bicycle route, I decided to stay at home and play football with my son.
Training is important, but family is always in the first place.
The second thing is regeneration of the body after the concert weekend.
I felt that I still need some rest today, so instead of cycling, I first mowed my garden (with my son help),
and after mowing we played a great football game.
Will training be done tomorrow? We'll see tomorrow :)
