Chadrac Akolo outshines Victor Osimhen in Lille’s defeat by Amiens
Chadrac Akolo, the Congo international outshined Victor Osimhen in Lille 1-0 defeat by Amiens in Saturday’s Ligue 1 game.
Osimhen, who was part of Nigeria’s bronze-winning squad in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, joined the Great Danes from Sporting Charleroi last month. He was ahead in his debut appearance for Christophe Galtier against Nantes but he failed to get on the scoresboard at Stade de la Licorne.
Lille played an unimpressive game after Boubakary Soumare was given a straight red card in the 39th minute for serious foul play.
