A Simple Way of Exercising Rectus Abdominis: Sit-ups/锻炼腹直肌的简单方式——仰卧起坐

People are always willing to pay a lot for their health in sports. When health problems are solved, people begin to pursue body-building and make themselves have a perfect figure.

For men, the most intuitive aspect of body-building is that they have eight abdominal muscles, but there are many ways to exercise the abdominal muscles. So what's the easiest way to do this?

Let's start with what muscle groups are on the abdominal muscles. There are many muscle groups in the abdominal muscles, which are roughly the following:

  • Extraabdominal oblique muscle
  • Internal oblique muscle of abdomen
  • transversus abdominis
  • rectus abdominis

Among them, rectus abdominis is the most obvious muscle group. There are eight rectus abdominis, which most male friends pursue. Men with eight ABS are really attractive and enviable.

Some people always feel that they will never have eight abdominal muscles, which is just a sign of self-distrust, in fact, everyone can have eight abdominal muscles. If you want to have abdominal muscles, you have to subtract subcutaneous fat through some corresponding exercises, so that the muscle groups can better show.

The simplest and most common way to exercise abdominal muscles is "sit ups". But one thing is that if you want to have abdominal muscles, you have to set a certain amount of exercise for yourself.

The amount of exercise I personally recommend can be 100-200, but it's best to do it in groups. You can do it in five or two groups for every 100 sit-ups.

It is suggested that the time for sports should be during the day, and warm-up exercises should be carried out during sports, so that the body can be stretched out, which is more conducive to the later sports.

有人总会觉得自己永远都无法拥有八块腹肌,这只是自身不自信的表现,其实人人都可以拥有八块腹肌。想要拥有腹肌那么就得通过一些相应的运动来减去皮下脂肪,让肌肉群更好的表现出来。

而最简单的,也是最常见的锻炼腹肌的运动方式是“仰卧起坐”,这个大家基本上都会。但是有一点,想要拥有腹肌,那么就得给自己设定一定的运动量。

我个人建议的运动量可以100-200下,但是最好分组进行,可以每100下仰卧起坐分5组或者两组进行。

进行体育运动的时间建议为白天,而在进行体育运动的时候一定得进行热身运动,这样可以让身体伸展开来,更利于后面的运动。

最关键的是在进行体育运动的时候得坚持,并且是每天。
