In our world today, resumes are necessary for employment. There are a lot of people who provide fake information on their resumes, claiming they have experience with companies or have attended various universities meanwhile they are lies. These people normally go undetected because verifying data of applicants is time consuming and expensive. There are times when employment is given to people who have lower qualifications and do not deserve these positions. There are also a lot of social platforms that help connect people of different employment and social status together in order to create avenues for jobs.

Most of them require data about the users, but they do not have any verification systems to verify data provided on this platform. Because the users are not rewarded for data provided, they do not have any motivation to provide accurate data.

It is in this regard that SpringRole was developed in order to solve this problem. With the use of blockchain technology, we want to create a platform that will make verification of data easier. People will be accountable for data provided on resumes. We will partner with individuals, universities, companies, course providers and examination providers that people claim to have worked with or schooled in order to verify whatever information is on their resumes.

In addition, people who provide data will also be rewarded for data provided in order to motivate them.
It is our aim to provide a platform where people can obtain reliable data about users in order for employment.

Skills of users is very essential in providing employment. We will provide a feature to aid endorsement of skills which will attract a fee. As time goes on, skill score will be accumulated, therefore the higher the skill score, the more skillful a person is. The profit obtained will be shared to the users on the platform. Universities will also be able to attest the courses read by their students and also verify whether they have actually completed from the school. They will also be able to access their GPA and other relevant data. We also intend to prevent fraud on our network by the use of the endorsement systems. Endorsement comes with a price and scored are compiled by a network and not individuals. Every individual also has a limit to the number of endorsements he or she can make.
