The transfer window is here already and clubs are already making moves for new players.

Chelsea have accepted a deal worth 115 million pounds from Real Madrid for Eden hazard.

Its a done and dusted deal as both parties have come to agreement after months of negotiations.
Hazard is set to sign for Real Madrid and will pocket around 400k a week.

He will play his last game for Chelsea in the Europa league final against Arsenal tonight.
