Dudek Backs Mourinho Up
Former Real Madrid player Jerzy Dudek who once was coached by Jose Mourinho has spoken up on his playing experiences under the now Manchester United manager. Dudek described Mourinho as a Great football psychologist. Dudek was a keeper in Madrid and was still at there when Mourinho was appointed manager of the Club.
Dudek spoke this while recalling his incidence of how the United manager was able to turn the psychological downturn of Real Madrid team after suffering a 5-0 defeat at the hands of their eternal Rival Barcelona. He stated that Mourinho was able to address the psychological effect of the defeat on the team as Madrid ended the season second and went on to win the Spanish titles the next season.
Mourinho currently face a difficult spell in United as his third season as manager is threatened by bad result. He has been able to guide United to a victory over Newcastle which was their first win in three match. The victory has bought Mourinho some time and Dudek believe that might prove enough to save the Portuguese job with United.
