Godin Back to Fitness for Madrid Derby

Atletico Madrid defender Godin is reportedly would be available for the Madrid Derby match between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid this Sunday. The Uruguay international has being sideline for some weeks now due to an injury his right thigh. It was an Elongation of his muscles on the thigh.

He has made it up to early return to training session ahead of the clash on Sunday. The last he featured for his side was in their match against Getafe in January which they won 2-0. He would more likely be featured in their Sunday's match after losing 1-0 to Real Betis last Sunday.

Godin has being instrumental to Atletico this season with two goal to his name in seventeen appearances in the league. Despite his age, Italians Clubs are still hoping to get his service in the defence but Atletico has turn down all approaches.
