Dion believes that Rashford has what it takes to make himself mark at Old Trafford but needs to decide fast.
Marcus Rashford has been in good form force the international break but would return to a damning situation this weekend.
The player has found it difficult to become a regular starter for Mourinho thus season. Indeed, in last season, he managed only 17 starts. The red card he got in the last match means that even if the manager wanted, he won't be able to play.
The player has stalled transfer talks for a while now as he considers his future with many calling for him to make a decision quick.
Southgate has shown confidence in him especially as Kane is injured but the manager has made it clear that Rashford must play regularly if he was to maintain a regular spot for the national team.
Dion Dublin said it was always difficult to turn your back on United even for him who hadn't been fourth choice striker. He aside Rashford stood better chance than he side since the former has more natural talent.
It would also be mean that Manchester United will have to decide where they want it play the England international, as a wide forward or a central striker.
